    Ms. Wilson left the state of Montana to attend college at the University of Arizona in 1997. There she developed a healthy desire to help people and received a bachelors degree in Family Studies and Child Development. While attending the University of Arizona she worked at University Medical Center believing she wanted to become a doctor. However, upon graduation her focus deviated from the practice of medicine, to the practice of law. She obtained her J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 2004.
    While attending law school Ms. Wilson diversified her legal knowledge and worked for a variety of establishments in the areas of civil rights, family law, banking institutions of Central America and immigration. Ms. Wilson clerked for the Immigration Judges of the Executive Office of Immigration Review in Phoenix Arizona and the Law Office of Marshall G. Whitehead, PC.
    Upon obtaining her law degree Ms. Wilson began work in the area of criminal defense and immigration. Her practice is focused on the immigration consequences of criminal violations and their beneficial resolution. Ms. Wilson’s goal is to accompany her clients and their families through the criminal process and strive for immigration relief.
    Ms. Wilson has experience in felony criminal trials, misdemeanor trials, MVD hearings, juvenile matters, immigration bond hearings, and immigration trials. Further, she is fluent in Spanish and has an elementary knowledge of Lebanese.
    Ms. Wilson joined the Law Offices of Monika Sud-Devaraj and Marshall G. Whitehead, PLLC in December 2008.
    Her desire to help children and their families has resulted in the creation of JSW Charities founded by Ms. Wilson. This charity provides free legal representation to abandoned children born abroad. Ms. Wilson is licensed in the state of Arizona and Montana. She has studied abroad in Spain.
    Ms. Wilson looks forward to aiding you in your quest for immigration relief.
